We ship our packages with USPS priority mail. Depending on location, your package could take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take 5-15 days depending on location. If your package is arriving late, we ask that you please be patient as it will be worth the wait! Feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for any shipping issues or concerns.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, there is a 14 day wait period before refunding or replacing the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our support team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
Do you offer samples?
At this time, we only offer a sample pouch when you purchase your first subscription box. Your first box will arrive with your full-sized pouch as well as a sampler pouch.
Return Policy for Subscription Purchases
We’re confident that your furry friend will love PawPlex. We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made to the highest standards, but we understand that they do not always have the desired effect for every pet.
Your first subscription box includes a mini sample pouch for your pet to try. If they don’t love it, simply return your full-sized, unopened pouch to us within 30 days of receipt for your money back.
To return your full-sized pouch, send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your full order amount unless you’d like to handle the return yourself. Please allow 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.
Return Policy for One-Time Purchases
Our supplements arrive in a sealed pouch and once the pouch has been opened, we can no longer accept returns. Alternatively, we can offer you an immediate 50% refund and have you keep the product to share with friends or family.
